Hey Kiddo,
Lighten up! I’ve got it handled.
Even your failings and struggles. Yes, I know all about them and I’ve got you covered there, too. You can’t fret your way out of any of this, but you can lighten up and come play with me.
You know, you’re just a human for whom I have great grace, unending mercy, and truckloads of lighthearted lovingkindness.
The fact is, Jesus is OK. Hang with Him and trust Who He Is for you and you’ll be OK because of Jesus.
Just be a simple child and come play with Me. I’ll take care of all the rest.

The Holy Spirit spoke this to me back in 2003, and I hope it lifts as much burden off you as it did me. We highly sensitive Christian types can get so caught up in striving and performing. I think that’s one of the traps lots of sensitive people fall into. So receive this call to rest and play and be simple. I’ve include one of my stick-figure drawings called Relationship With God.
